Teen Ink

Ever want to express what you think or feel? Do you like to write? Then you should check out Teen Ink. Teen Ink is a website where teens can type what they write. Wether it be poems, songs, fiction, non-fiction, or reviews. It can be about any topic you want too! Have a favorite artist, tv show, or view on politics? Share it. This website also lets you upload photos of your art (Koala picture by purplevioletgirl Galena, OH) and it has a college. For teens who are having a hard time writing may seem to be their only release valve. And when you post it for everyone to see online, it can help other teens too. By seeing that they're not the only ones
going through the same things it might help or encourage them to do things. Maybe even publish something on the website. Teen Ink also has a Print Magazine that you could get your literary work published in. So if you're interested in writing or just want to check it out you should go to Teen Ink.

Police Chief in Cape Cod faces DUI Charges

John Lundborn is a police Chief in Cape Cod. He will have to appear in court and face drunken driving charges. He was arrested Friday night after his police cruiser was found to be involved in an accident. The officer was not injured in the crash. It was only a single-vehicle crash. He was immediately placed on leave and on Tuesday his future will be discussed in a ‘closed session’. He is scheduled to be arraigned Monday in Orleans District Court, charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He had worked on the force since 1999 and in June was named Chief. This earned him an annual salary of $102,000.

Steve Jobs and His Dad He Never Met

Back in 2005, a man named Mr. Abdulfattah Jandali found out that his son was the most prestigous businessman in the world; Steve Jobs. Besides a couple of e-mails and an iPhone 4, he has nothing to remember his son by. The short series of e-mails that Mr. Jandali had sent to him were nothing more than saying "Happy Birthday" or "I hope your health gets better". Mr. Jandali says all he got in return was one single e-mail saying "Thank You". That's all the communication that was ever between them. There are rumors that they were suposed to meet but they never got to. In my own personal opinion, this is very sad but at least Mr. Jandali tried to reach out to Steve Jobs. I didn't seem like Steve wanted anything to do with him. Who would have thought that a general manager of a casion in Reno can give birth to a billion dollar business man.
