Are Officers Doing All They Can?
Are officers in the state of Vermont doing all they can to stop texting while driving? People are saying the enforcement in this state isn't really the best it can be. It tends to be spotty in some spots and lacking real enforcement. In my opinion, police officers can be a little more observant when they are looking for texting drivers. Do they even think that it matters that they stay safe? Hopefully officers in Vermont soon start to realize how important safety is behind the wheel.

That is so true. All states that have a texting law should train their officers to better detect texting drivers.
ReplyDeleteI feel that this is like most states, including our own, but how much can they do i wonder, and in what ways could they improve. Its hard in my opinion to catch most of the people texting and driving. But i feel that they could do better to actually go looking for drivers that are texting, like what they do for speeding.
ReplyDeleteI think all the officers in every state should really be watching. Like when some officers sit in the car watching for speeders, they should for distracted drivers. They should get more enforcement out there and don't be to forgiving for it.
