Texting and Driving...Harmless Multitasking, or Formula for Death?

When many teenagers think about driving, they rarely think of the consequences that can unfold from their actions behind the wheel of a vehicle. Most have the mindset that nothing can happen to them and they will always be alright. However, more and more teens are being succomed to fatalities or guilt due to the fact that they had been texting and driving simultaneously.

The state of Massachussets, among other states in the country, have recently put a ban on texting and driving at the same time. It is now illegal for all citizens of Massachussets to text and also illegal for people under to use their cellular device for any purpose whilst in the vehicle driving.

There have been other states that have also taken precautions. Some cellular phones have created smart apps that will take a step to prevent texting and driving. This is a very serious matter that should be taken seriously.
